Currently, services are offered on Saturdays within a partnering salon space, where clients can still enjoy the signature TendHer experience in an intimate, luxurious environment. Cancellation Policy

We totally get that life happens. All we ask is a heads-up. Notice window: • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Fees: • Less than 24 hours’ notice (including same-day): we charge 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. • No-show (no call/no text): also 50% of the scheduled service(s). Card on file: • By booking, you authorize TendHer Salon to securely keep a card on file and charge up to 50% of the service total if the above policy applies. Late arrivals: • If you’re 15+ minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your service. The 50% fee may apply if we can’t accommodate the delay. How to cancel: • Cancel/reschedule via your confirmation link, or call/text the salon during business hours. Messages timestamped after hours count as received the next business day. Exceptions: • True emergencies and severe illness are considered—reach out. We reserve the right to waive the fee at our discretion. Reminders: • We send reminders as a courtesy, but keeping the appointment is your responsibility. Agreement: • Booking with TendHer Salon means you’ve read and agree to this policy.
