Once received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment. Payments accepted are: cash, card and Zelle. **Late Policy** I understand that unforeseen situations may arise. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving 10 minutes late will incur a $5 fee. Beyond grace period, the appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show, resulting in a 100% charge of the service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. I will hold myself accountable, if I arrive late, I will discount $20 from your service. **No Show** Please be mindful that failing to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of service and being prohibited from scheduling future appointments. I value your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it ensures that all clients receive timely and excellent service. **Add Ons** All add on services must be added to scheduled appointment at the time of booking. Same day service add ons will have a $5 fee. * For a seamless experience, I kindly encourage arriving with detangled hair. This will help provide you with the best service possible. Cancellation Policy

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, a 50% cancellation fee, based on the booked service, will be charged to your card on file for cancellations. As a gesture of gratitude for your booking, you can transfer the non-refundable deposit ONE TIME for a rescheduled appointment, provided it is done at least 48 hours before your original scheduled time. Please keep in mind that the cancellation fee still applies. Thank you for your understanding.
